cube, cubes, cubis, cabis and so on...
In geometry, a cube is a three-dimensional solid object bounded by six square faces, facets or sides, with three meeting at each vertex ( it is a regular hexahedron) and about the the five Platonic solids and the cube as one of them I will not speak here...
In art, a cube is just an illusion, a perfect and infinite form and the only reason why it exist is to challenge the mind of an artist. The cube is the plenarily idea of a mosaic, a puzzle that has to be transformed into an artwork.
In geometry and in art two cubes are a problem. One is always bigger, the color is not the same, in perspective we see the first one more than the second one. Too many options with to many variables. Two cubes become mostly some kind of a braniac, super mandala.
One day I will try it in real:
One cube become two, two becomes seven, seven becomes twenty two; and twenty two becomes sixty seven, sixty seven become two hundred and two; and two hundred and two becomes six hundreds and seven and so on...
in to the material infinity!
