Is this just a drawing Mr. Sehic?

Seeking help, pleasure-seeking,
Seeking help, self-seeking.
I try to admire, to admit what I desire,
But instead of I traveled to the end of the world,
But you can’t extinguish the fire
That seeks for more! That seeks for higher…

So I draw my lines,
My portraits, my people, my scene
The imitation of life,
The colors that I am seeding
And blue was my first harvest,
And so I became an Artist!

Still on my way, my wa
I “gonnna” love you.
Not a story, just a little bit of truth…

The Artist King he shall be,
The Artist King, he is coming,
The Artist King is on his way,
Is it just a drawing, I “wannna” to say,
Or do I ask?
And her name “the Seeking” should be,
Is it just a drawing, or a piece of me,

Seeking help, pleasure-seeking,
Seeking help, self-seeking.
There are just few words,
I guess not; when I am speaking…
And it is more than just a drawing
Every line is more than a line,
When I am drawing…

Self-awareness or hare-brained
Psycho or greatness instanced…
This drawing is not a scrap of evidence,
My greatest Art-Work is my Self-confidence!

Hi everyone,

... this is the drawing I am working on it and I would like to ask for your opinion / comment / what do you think I want to tell / say / mention by this work? The work is not finish and “We will see what it will be when it’s finish…” just do not work here. I know exactly what I want to say, but I also would like to know what you / my friends thinks about it and no matter if you like it or not – just be earnest and please tell me a little story – WHAT DO YOU SEE AND WHAT DO YOU THINK I AM DRAWING??? You can comment here or email me on dzennan@gmx.net, very long with millions of details or just a short / few sentences letter – I will take my time, I will read all of them and the story I like mostly will become the description of this work and will be published (include your name) on my next exhibition / catalogue and here on my blog – however I finish it and with this drawing I remind you again of a painting I did few days ago, that inspires this story… If you do not want your story to be published or your name, please mention it. morire bisogna - Detail from Part 2

In epic history (I really like the 20` - 50` th Hollywood and Walt Disney’s movies) we saw so many heroes and I think (maybe I am wrong, but still it is what I think) the movies from this period tried to show us the great spirit of some people and when I say great it do not means positive.. Have you seen Napoleon, Or Ben Hur??? ... or let’s be a little bit more contemporain and go to the end of the XX`th century (Kubricks Shining – Jack Nickolson...) great spirit... the ambience and the actors abilities were amazing!!! Inspired by this spirit, the song from Stefano Lundi and the legend from the ancient city of Sparta and a very new film that I saw few days ago - "300" I start to make my second work and here I show you some details from the background of my work...

Bisogna Morire - Part 1

Somewhere under and between this drawing is also a drawing from my cute little Marie... So this work, inspired by Stefano Lundi - "homo fugit velut umbra" , made in pencil / grafic technic I decide to call Bisogna morire part one, because at the moment I am working on part two!!!

the new day!

Today it was a very funny day and since long time I try again something new, something that I never did before - and now...I will have to do it again...

And here we go – the new day has arrived, I am still playing with grandpa Milvus the decision where and how much "exhis" we will/want (and if) have. But until that I can not just drink beer, smoke the nargille and do nothing, I prefer to do something and than to drink the beer and to smoke the nargilleeeeeej ;)...

The next time I will have to have colors and than we will see what can a man do on the ground. Here in Avignon we have a place where the young creative people can explain their selves – where they can use some walls and make some very interesting draw/paint/graffiti and for few days I will have to join them than it is just exiting to make something that we never do normally...

... and when I say normally I actually means something that we didn’t do every day!

So let’s have fun and be the children in us for one day at least :)

King & Warrior (since when do a King challenge a warrior???)…

But if you want to challenge me I would be glad to kick your ass!
Please read this very carefully and all, than we do not want to step on each others ego.. hehehe…

I am on the way to become the Artist King, no less, no more. And to do this I will have to fight and to prove myself a lot of time, but even if you challenge me it will not change a lot of, because You my friend are my swordsman, my NAKAMA (and this means someone who is with you / Colleague, Kamerad, Companion, - someone who follows you because of his own goals and his own reasons, but still follows) – we already has two exhibitions together, so I do not see the reason not to continued…

I am glad to see that you listen to me and finally made your blog about YOUR WORKS (everyone can see it by clicking his name above or by clicking here) and do not think that I did not liked the other blog (by clicking here) but there are so many people speaking about sooo much, I prefer to see the mans work than to listen to him! Like you said once “God creates the world…” he did not spoke about someone others creation …

So Milvus ac Artist Warrior if you still want to challenge the Artist King just do it, but be sure that this battle will goes on a very long period, because just a little exhibitions it will not be enough :)…But one exhibition we have to do before I go… the battle when (if) it starts it will goes on no matter where I will be! ;)

And never forget- I am just a boy with a hat who lives his dream and who seems to dream his life, still just a boy who kicked so many before and just for his little ambition, to become the Artist King!
Maybe the greatest of all!

Old school on the road up ways

When you have to fight with an enemy who has a spear of war, practically undestroyed and so hard and so powerful that everyone has heard about it; is the only solution you can do to punch it! Maybe more than one, but one you decide to fight there should not be gong back! No compromises and nothing less than the victory! On my way to become the Artist King, even if there are people thinking that something like an artist king does not exist; I have to fight a lot of fights but hey it is my choice…and this is the look inside of a fight (the work in progress).

And please do me a favor – don’t believe everything “so-called” artist say, ART IS NOT EVERYTHING IN A GALLERY, neither everything made by “so-called” artist and I could kill myself by hitting my head on a gallery wall, so that a little bit later the blood that rest on the wall becomes an artwork or the whole act filmed by an amateur becomes a performance – sorry but I think there is more and the truth is somewhere outside!

The work on his way to become an artwork or just finish - the battle still goes on and I will have my victory! Vini, Vidi, Vici and draw, modelated and painted all I wanted durng my journey...!
