Drawings?
There is that time in life when you have to stop lying to yourself and admit things that can be quite rude, painful or disappointing for you. Today is such a day for me - in between of million other things I realized that I forgot to draw, probably also to paint and to sculpt, so I restarted drawing and hopefully one day I will do something even good as I did before.
first try
second try
third try

best artist ever
Do not worry, I am not talking about me - it would not be true and I do not even consider myself as an artist. But the best artist ever and ever was, is and will be "THE NATURE" - at least for me, since you cannot even imagine that kind of richness and surprises that nature can do. Put something in the ground, add some water and it is amazing what kind of colors, forms, combinations come out, sprout, grow, change , appear and disappear and re-appear. Sometimes you not even need the ground - the nature is beauty the water is richness anything else is just in our sometimes tortured minds.
this is a spring onion regrowing in water after being eaten (once) - it takes five days before the new green leaves appear on the top (the right plant)

Johnny boy art construction
this is just a shadow on a wall - quite easy to make :)
You actually need just few definitions and here we go - how art is made and what is actually ART?
(The definitions you can also look up completely in wikipedia by tipping the word "art", "humans" "idea" and so on)
ART
Art is a diverse range of human activities and the products of those activities, usually involving imaginative or technical skill. (it is simple - NO?)
HUMANS
Modern humans (Homo sapiens or Homo sapiens sapiens) are the only extant members of the hominin clade, a branch of great apes characterized by erect posture and bipedal locomotion; manual dexterity and increased tool use; and a general trend toward larger, more complex brains and societies. (so to make art you have to be human - OR?)
IDEA
In philosophy, ideas are usually construed as mental representational images of some object. Ideas can also be abstract concepts that do not present as mental images. (you have to have an idea - a research alike- what, why and how??? but mostly why)
SKILL
A skill is the learned ability to carry out a task with pre-determined results often within a given amount of time, energy, or both together. (or you do a crappy scratch and pay someone to do it for you)
ACTION
An action is something which is done by an agent. In common speech, the term action is often used interchangeably with the term behavior. In the philosophy of action, the behavioural sciences, and the social sciences, however, a distinction is made: behavior is defined as automatic and reflexive activity, while action is defined as intentional, purposive, conscious and subjectively meaningful activity. (in other words you have to start doing your work or working on it so art will be made)

DOING IT
Engineering (from Latin ingenium, meaning "cleverness" and ingeniare, meaning "to contrive, devise") is the application of scientific, economic, social, and practical knowledge in order to invent, design, build, maintain, research, and improve structures, machines, devices, systems, materials and processes. (your idea and your skill involving you and your action has to be something let's say new or at least new in your country - something that will tinkle the reactions of as much people as it can be to be recognized on Internet - for example)
so taking that together you get an artwork done :) but there is something more important than ART HUMAN IDEA SKILL ACTION and DOING IT - it is the presentation and publication and also SELLING IT - and today it is called WOLF.
The "gray"(has to have some color) wolf is the most specialized member of the genus Canis, as demonstrated by its morphological adaptations to hunting large prey, its more gregarious nature, and its highly advanced expressive behavior. (that is how you get to be "exposed" in the "big" and "good" galleries - sells guaranteed - what works also is to be "very nice" with some owners and influence people or to just merry them - but what really works is if you really do a great job - and what you do not need is talent - it can help but it is not necessary the success)
good luck.

the conception of "this is not art"
once you get familiar with any concept (logic or not) you start to use it once you get adjust to something and got to use to it it will become logic and anything else will disturb you but what is great about our tiny brains is that we get used to actually anything we just have to get any kind of confirmation for example i am writing this only with small letters and without any points breaks or other symbols we use in our writing language this is the same with art at some point everything is art it just have to be pronounced and to be accepted at least by one other person than the artist himself and there we go the stone is rollin but to be honest a lot of things out there are just the emperors clothes and my conception about this is not art is actually the same at the one from people claiming to do art so in the end everything is art and it is not at the same time
To get to normal -
The image you see my dear Julian (expression used in some Michelin kitchens between chefs as Gordon Ramsay or fuc*in Jamie Oliver - even if I have no proof of it)... so the image you see my dear Julian is just me, holding a masque made of wood, taking as photo by using the photo booth of my macbook, than adjusting the contrast in Photoshop, copying it, rotating making some more copy paste clicks and adding some render lens flare filters - adjusting everything on a black background and that is all - my personal 5 minutes mandala that can be printed on any object as paper, t-shirt, mug, bottle, flag and so on. Is this art? NO - this is the conception of me having 10 minutes off and since it rains I thought why do not do some "art" and write about it on blogger - I agree I could also go out and take some photos by flipping my camera in the rainy neighborhood and pretend to be a street photographer - nope I decide to be just a blogger and podcaster and sometimes even human.
Have a nice day!

chain reaction
can you get away with that?
can you call it art? a concept?
I do not know what s about you, but this is the chain reaction of an orange and me and my knife and my love to eat oranges - at least my opinion, but (there is alllllways a but) - if you do anything as a result of a concept (also called concet - since the P is quite not used so often) - of corse it is art - at least you die trying or you have the chance to get away with it.
So here is my latest art work - I will call it:"the blue chain reaction of inspiration part one" or "superplidodium" - for example ;)
